In the electrical industry, especially in low-current technology, soldering is predominantly used for electrically conductive connections of parts, wires or circuit boards.
The requirements for soldering agents used for this purpose are quite stringent. First of all, the soldering must be strong and clean and must be carried out quickly, and without causing corrosion to the soldering point and adjacent areas. Furthermore, the soldering materials must not cause leakage currents in the vicinity of the soldering point and must not impair the dielectric properties of the insulating structure.
Unlike other soldering products, solder liquids for small parts consist primarily of resin solutions.
Preparing soldering fluid with dye:
Place in a porcelain ball mill:
- 500 g of natural rosin (ground into powder),
- 0.5 g of organic red dye,
- 600 ml of denatured ethyl alcohol,
- 300 ml of toluene.
All components are stirred for 12 hours. Then the prepared solution is poured into bottles with a good cork. This soldering fluid is convenient when soldering marked connections, because the soldering point has a red coloring.
P.S.: I have tried to show and describe the tips. I hope that at least something will be useful to you. But this is not all that is possible to make up, so go ahead and read the site https://bip-mip.com
